Mas Oulivo
A true haven of peace overlooking the Alpilles valley, this 13-hectare olive grove has more than 2,500 olive trees, dozens of truffle oaks, a large swimming pool and a Provencal vegetable garden.
Ideal for a large group with different families, the property is composed of 3 parts, the bastide, the mas and the tower, allowing all guests to have their independance and privacy.
The bastide covers 220 m² and includes a beautiful and bright living room, overlooking the pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 12 people with fireplace and sitting area, as well as a back kitchen and a laundry room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the bastide has 3 bedrooms (2 with private shower room and 1 with bathroom on the landing).
The mas, can also accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with shower room and 1 with bathroom). On the ground floor, there is a living room with television, a kitchen with dining area and a laundry room.
These two parts of the estate each have an outdoor lounge and dining area with barbecue. A table soccer and a ping-pong table are located on the terrace of the mas.
The 15th century tower offers a very atypical space of 90 m² on 3 levels. A sitting room with television and fireplace, a small kitchen with dining area and a stone spiral stairway leading to a first bedroom on the first floor and a second bedroom on the second floor (each with private shower room).
The janitor couple resides in the former barn of the estate, which has access from the rear and is not overlooking the rest of the property.
With a total of 8 bedrooms, all with television, Mas Oulivo can accommodate 16 people for a relaxing vacation in Provence.
