The Sotheby’s International Realty network

Initially a world-renowned auction house since 1744, Sotheby’s expanded its services in 1976 with the creation of the Sotheby’s International Realty luxury real estate network.

The numerous luxury real estate agencies in the Sotheby’s network offer a wide range of properties, each more prestigious than the last: castles, mansions, seaside villas, luxurious mountain chalets, exceptional homes, charming houses or unique flats; the Sotheby’s International Realty network has become the largest prestige real estate network in the world.

In 2005, the Sotheby’s International Realty network became Sotheby’s International Realty France – Monaco. Headed by Alexander Kraft, the network now has about 50 high-end real estate agencies and is positioned on the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in France and Monaco.
